The BLOMHA Harassment, Abuse & Bullying Policies outline the conduct expected from all BLOMHA participants, including volunteers in all capacities, parents, officials and players. The point is simple: acts of verbal, emotional, physical and sexual harassment/abuse and bullying will not be tolerated.
Having these policies in place gives BLOMHA the ability to move quickly and decisively if a situation involving harassment, abuse or bullying should take place.
